Overview
Christian Private School, seeking a dedicated and passionate WA State Certified Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, inspire students, and facilitate their academic growth. This role requires a commitment to student success and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and observations.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Skills

• A degree from a recognized university in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Valid WA State Teaching Certificate
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within the classroom setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
