Reports to: Director of Communications; part time 12 month per year position
Essential Functions:
- Serve as company liaison with staff and representatives from member school districts, outside agencies and organizations, and others
- Direct callers according to their needs; serve as greeter for guests and direct them to appropriate conference room or company contact
- Ensure the lobby is staffed at all times during 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. during summer hours)
- Assist with meeting room set-up
- Monitor building and kitchen supply inventory and place orders for new stock when needed
- Perform light office duties such as making copies, scanning, printing, laminating, filing etc.
- Perform other and related duties as assigned by the Director of Communications or other members of Cabinet that are in keeping with department/company goals
Salary : $19 - $20
