Facility Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and a strong attention to detail.
Full-time; Non-exempt Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Essential Functions of the Role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a routine maintenance schedule for all 3 locations.
- Performing equipment maintenance and requesting new supplies or equipment service as needed.
- Attending to and reporting any facilities related issues as they arise.
- Performing building maintenance as needed.
- Self-performing or assisting other tradespeople with all basic repairs related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, and HVAC.
- Inspecting facilities to detect existing or potential accidents and health hazards and recommending corrective or preventative measures where indicated.
- Performing security checks of facilities and grounds.

- Ability to conduct minor repairs to equipment or facilities such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, or painting

- Clean driving record.
