What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities, including commissioning and training meetings.
- Review design documents, submittals, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in site visits to assess system functionality, energy efficiency, and system performance.
- Conduct engineering research, data analysis, calculations, and cost estimation.
- Develop design criteria, checklists, and test procedures.
- Troubleshoot systems, analyze problems, and support solution development.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet client goals and deliver results.
- Organize project documentation and communicate findings effectively.
What You Bring to the Team:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience (recent graduate's welcome!).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desired (but not required):
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Familiarity with technical certifications such as LEED AP (USGBC), AABC, NEBB, TABB, or BCxA.
