Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct in-home consultations, presenting roofing, window, and siding solutions effectively.
- Follow up on 3 warm leads daily, provided by the company, to drive sales opportunities.
- Generate additional leads independently and receive an 8% commission bonus on self-generated sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine sales strategies and improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in home improvement sales, particularly selling roofs, windows, or siding.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals in a residential construction environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission Plan: Standard compensation ranges from 5-10% of the contract price, with a minimum 2% increase over your current compensation plan if applicable.
- Warm Leads: Company-provided 3 warm leads daily to support your sales efforts.
- Bonus for Self-Generated Sales: Earn an 8% commission bonus on any self-generated sales.
- Vehicle Program: Receive a company car within 90 days of employment.
- Custom Compensation Plans: If you are currently employed as a home improvement sales rep, bring your performance metrics, and we will beat your current compensation plan.
