What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Benefits Insurance Client Manager position at EHD?
We are currently seeking a team member to join us as an Employee Benefits Client Manager in the Lancaster office.
What You Will Do
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance and service as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to their employee benefits program.
· Assist Producers with client retention.
· Create open enrollment materials and present open enrollment materials at client communication sessions.
· Communicate and assist in implementing compliance and regulatory changes with clients with support from the EHD Compliance Specialist.
What You Will Need
·Bachelor's degree or 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Eagerness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of employee benefits.
·Strong computer skills in Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite 365
·Ability to work independently and in a team environment
