As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we seek an Assistant Director who thrives in dynamic, "figure-it-out-as-we-go" environments to join our studio team in Bentonville. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with our producer and studio team to ensure the seamless execution of product shoots that bring our customers' visions to life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO...
- Plan and manage weekly schedules for product shoots.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client requirements and ensure they are implemented on set.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of props to align with client expectations.
- Supervise shot selection, ensuring alignment with product features and desired outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features to guide shoot direction.
- Act as a key on-site point of contact for the production team.
OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…
- Experienced in film production or have worked as a Production Assistant (PA) or in a production internship.
- Familiar with the inner workings of a set and understand the nuances of production processes.
- Availability to work on-site in the studio
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communicator who can effectively coordinate between teams.
