Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ESL Para Professional at El Paso Leadership Academy. The ESL Para Professional will be responsible for providing support to English Language Learners (ELL) students in the classroom, assisting teachers in implementing language development strategies, and collaborating with the education team to ensure student success.
Qualifications
- Experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) students
- Knowledge of language development strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus
- TESOL or TEFL certification is beneficial
