Elcor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 305 bed skilled nursing facility recruiting a Human Resource Manager to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates with Department Managers the completion of all new hire paperwork and orientation. Ensures all records are compliant from a regulatory standpoint.
- Actively involved with recruitment and retention- posting and updating job posting sites.
- HRM is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming impression on all new applicant and facilitates engagement with the hiring manager within the facility to assure a smooth hiring process.
- Assigned as the Authorized Person within CHRC to submit and monitor all recordkeeping related to CHRC.
- Completes Certified Nurse Assistant re-certifications and maintains all professional licensures within HCM.
- All other duties as assigned. This is a brief snapshot. Job Description available upon interview.
