As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers via email, phone and text. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills.
What will you be doing?
- Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
- Respond via email, phone and text to Internet Leads
- Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
- Set appointments for members of sales team
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Introduce customers to sales representatives
- Enter customer information into CRM
