Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Assist in routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
- Help maintain and repair machinery and tools as directed.
- Support the maintenance team in conducting preventative maintenance schedules.
- Document work completed and report on maintenance needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
