Position: Cultivation Technician - Will train engaged and dedicated candidates. Resume required
Job: Our assist with the daily operations for the Grow. Technicians are part of the team that assists with the entire cannabis cultivation process from clone to harvest and all the cleaning and transplants in between. This position is on your feet all day and can be humid at times. This is full cycle Cannabis processing. 10-20k steps a day)
Pay: 17.00 Paid Bi-Weekly

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm with some weekends as needed (Overtime)
By completion basis. The day is done when the work is. Some Overtime will be required by default5 Day work weeks with 7 day availability needed.
Entry-Level Cultivation Technician Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities:
- This position reports to the Cultivation Assistant And Cultivation Lead
- The Cultivation Technician is an integral part of the success of the cultivation operation. Aiding in many different necessary tasks. The Entry-Level Cultivation Technician must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and perform a large variety of tasks up to company standards.

Job Requirements:
- Be able to lift and move up to 50lbs. Manual Labor
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Agent ID with the state department of Agriculture for the state you are located in if offered a position.
- Be able to work long hours in a fast-paced, humid work environment.
- Aid in completion of weekly tasks including but not limited to:
- Cloning
- Transplants (Clone to Veg And Flower Plant Movement)
- IPM Implementation (As Required)
- Weekly/Daily Cleaning Protocols and Procedures
- Pruning
- Trellising
- Mulching, Disposing, and recording of all waste produced by the garden within the guidelines that are set by the State and DHSS.
- Maintaining a clean and organized grow space
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed by the end of every day, and that they are completed to set company standards.
- Aid in ongoing IPM strategy and maintenance. This will include, but not limited to, daily spot checks for pests, ongoing preventative IPM implementation, enforcing preventative guidelines to continue to keep a pest-free work environment,
- Must be able to work with a group and alone.
- Identify and report potential problems throughout the cultivation area. From hazards to plant health and pest management.
- Adhere to all safety and procedure policies.
- Unpack and put away weekly supply shipments.
- Adhere to all safety and procedure policies.
- Fill out data logs for compliance and R&D.
- Complete daily walk throughs to ensure the health of all plants and cleanliness of the cultivation facility.
- Operate the Pot Washer
- Clean and sanitize tables, irrigation lines, cloners, cloner pumps, and any other cleaning required.
- Assist as required with cloning, transplanting, defoliation, underlighting placement, trellising.
- Perform Plant Maintenance on Lower and Upper tiers of tables.
