Supply Chain Analyst Intern

The Role :

ElevateBio's Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team is seeking a self-motivated and analytically driven intern with strong interpersonal skills. This role will collaborate with Sourcing, IT, and Finance to enhance efficiencies in the indirect purchase requisition process through BOT technology. Additionally, the intern will support the automation of monthly metric reporting, key vendor KPI scorecards, and the development of dashboards to improve visibility into initiative progress and outcomes.

Here's What You'll Do :

• Analyze indirect purchase requisitions to identify insights and trends that can inform AI model development.
• Conduct AI testing and validation to assess implementation effectiveness.
• Automate monthly metrics reporting and develop a dashboard to track key objectives.
• Design a vendor scorecard dashboard to visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for driving continuous improvement and performance action plans.
• Analyze supplier data to support cost reduction strategies, consumable standardization, and supplier consolidation.
