Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Assist with day to day operations of the fitness center
- Membership enrollment and retention
- Assist members with registration and check-in
- Group exercise class instruction (virtual/in-person)
- Conduct Fitness Assessments, Fitness Center & Equipment Orientations, Exercise Prescriptions
- Personal Training (virtual/in-person)
- Health education and promotion (virtual/in-person)
- Incentive programming (virtual/in-person)
- Assist in planning and implementing center events (virtual/in-person)
- Wellness initiatives (bulletin boards, newsletters, lunch n learns - virtual/in-person)
- Assist in developing monthly newsletter and group exercise schedule
- Assist in center marketing
- Floor supervision
- Equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Provide member tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Emergency protocols
- Must have and maintain current CPR/ AED certification
- Must be comfortable in a fast moving fitness environment
- Must have customer service experience
Hourly: $15 per hour
