We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist for a position near Elkton, MD. This opportunity is available for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year and will be eligible for renewal if desired. Compensation for this position is lucrative and negotiable and pays significantly more than a traditional school-based role. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to enhance communication skills in patients, particularly in pediatric settings.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to support early intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to medical terminology standards.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families, fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Requirements :

Maryland Teaching License / Certification

Master's Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent Collaborative skills in working with staff, students, and families

Excellent skills in assessment, data collection, and interpretation

Demonstration of high ethical standards
