Under the direction of the Director of Residential Services, the Program Manager provides overall management and supervision to their assigned cottage units to include the youth and the staff. The position is a daytime position but does have some on call responsibilities.

Requirements
- Works collaboratively with treatment team.
- Supervises direct care residential staff in the delivery of services.
- Ensures all required agency and program documentation is completed.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Qualified Professional is status required.
Two year's experience working with the student populations in a residential setting using a behavioral model is preferred.
