Make a difference in the world while growing yourself. At Elim, you'll help students with developmental disabilities achieve more and learn more. You'll work with students to meet their educational goals, following plans set by the classroom teacher. You'll create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment. You'll also assist students with personal care needs like clothing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
We’re looking for people who care about making a difference. As a Paraprofessional, you’ll be required to:
- Provide educational support for students and teachers
- Address personal care needs
- Provide supervision and behavioral interventions
It's fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives. To help our students, you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management, communication techniques and assistive technology.

At Elim, we support children and adults with developmental disabilities in pursuing their fullest God-given purpose and potential through a variety of services.
We provide special education services from pre-school to high school, as well as therapeutic and educational programs for students with autism spectrum disorder. For young adults aged 18-22, we offer vocational training and life skills opportunities. Our adult day programs cater to adults with disabilities, while our learning programs act as a catalyst for organizational and community change.

Hours:
M, W, Th, Fr 8:15am to 3:00pm - T 8:15am to 3:15pm
Includes a 6 week extended school year

- Competitive starting pay of $20.92/hr for hours worked. Pay can be spread out over entire year

Education, Licenses & Certifications:
