Collaborative Weekday Live-In/Out Nanny Needed in Middletown, NJ!

Family has a strong preference for a local candidate! Seeking to hire ASAP!

• Pay: $100,000-110,000/year & benefits
• Start date: ASAP (Mom goes back to work in mid January) - both parents work full-time and are very hands-on
• Location: Middletown, NJ
• Children: 6 month old girl (primary care) & 3 year old boy (full-time private school)
• Schedule: M-F 6:30am-7pm with flexibility (targeting a 65 hour work week)- nanny can live-in during working days or live-out (the family is unable to accommodate a full-time live-in nanny)
• The family’s infant will begin full-time school in April, and the nanny will take on a family assistant hybrid role at that time.
• Responsibilities include incorporating educationally-focused activities, implementing and maintaining a sleeping and nap schedule and adjusting it as their infant grows, prioritizing safety, assisting with potty training their eldest, dropping off and picking him up from school, making children’s meals (transitioning their infant from purées to solids - she is on a combo of formula and breast milk and takes a nap after every feed), washing children’s clothes, sanitizing/organizing children’s areas, and going on walks with the children and their 60 lb dog Piper!
• Live-in accommodations: bedroom and en-suite bathroom, fully furnished with a tv
• The family is seeking a nanny with applied knowledge of children’s milestones, who is collaborative, calm and can bring ideas forward. Their ideal nanny is a problem-solver, team-oriented, and will send photos throughout the day!
• The family has a pool and ideally their nanny will be able to swim with the children (not required).
• Family has a weekend nanny and a biweekly housekeeper.
• Travel: Family travels 2-3 weeks per year domestically and internationally and their nanny will accompany them.
• Transportation: Nanny car is provided.
• Benefits: PTO & healthcare stipend, 401k offered after 12 months of employment

Nanny must have recent experience with children 0-5 years of age! The family would love their nanny to stay for years to come!

Requirements:

• 5 years professional nanny experience
• Extensive experience with infants, toddlers & preschool age children
• CPR First Aid certified upon job start
• Valid driver's license, spotless driving record
• Valid passport or able to obtain
• Covid, flu & all standard vaccinations
• Verifiable references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
