Medical Spa Manager

Elite Renewal Med Spa has an exciting opportunity to help our fast-growing business. We do (In-person) and Telemedicine visit (depending on the service), the client wants. A quick summary, we can do weight loss in over 28 states (telemedicine). In-person we do weight loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV Infusion, Hair loss, Excessive sweating treatments, Skin Care (Jan Marini and Tretinoin Cream), Professional Facials, which extend to the body, Neurotoxins, Derm Fillers, Cryo-Therapy, Hair Laser Removal, Micro-Needling, Shock Wave Therapy and Biote (Hormone Replacement Pellet Procedure).

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manger to oversee the daily operation of our med spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical administrative support, experience in budgeting, supervising staff and experience in any of the modalities listed above is a plus. We will train the right person. This role is crucial for ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing high-quality care to our clients while maintain efficient operational processes.

Ideally a candidate has been in the Med Spa arena, is trained to do injections, and/ or is a master esthetician

Responsibilities- This is generic and will talk about this more in the interview

- Oversee all aspects of daily operation of the Med Spa, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a welcoming environment

- Manage Staff Scheduling, Administrative task, and inventory to maintain seamless operations

- Ensure adherence to Med Spa protocols and compliance, especially with health and safety. Ensure HR policies are enforced.

- Attend and maintain all staff training, relevant to their role, in meeting federal and state law requirements of a medical office, such as HIPAA, CPR, OSHA, CLIA

Team Leadership

- Supervise, coach, and manage all personnel, creating a high-performing, motivated team

- Hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure staff delivers superior customer service and maintains professionalism

- Foster a positive, collaborative environment that aligns with Elite Renewal Med Spa mission and values.

Customer Service Excellence

- Uphold and enhance the standard of exceptional Client Care, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and encouraged throughout their wellness Journey

- Address Client concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction and trust.

Strategic Implantation

- Execute the owner’s vision by developing and implementing operation plans and initiatives

- Monitor Key performance indicators, such as customer retention, revenue, and staff performance to drive success.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes

- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining website, social media and marketing

- Strong organization skills with attention to detail, able to adapt and multi-task

What We’re Looking for:

• Nurse Injector, RN or LPN (Active license)
• Proven expertise in aesthetic treatments, including injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation.
• Strong knowledge of IV therapy, wellness, and beauty practices.
• Leadership experience managing clinical teams in a luxury spa or similar setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a high-end client experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
