Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated bartender to join our team. No previous bartending experience is required, but is helpful. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
