Our boutique provides a VIP, appointment-based shopping experience, ensuring personalized service for our clients. We are seeking Client Advisors who are passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate at Ellie Belle, you will be a trusted fashion expert who builds lasting relationships with clients, offers personalized styling advice, and ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. You will embody the Ellie Belle brand, guiding clients through our curated collections while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Experience & Relationship Building
- Provide a white-glove shopping experience, ensuring every client feels valued and pampered.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, fostering brand loyalty.
- Offer personalized styling advice based on client preferences and trends.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up with clients post-visit.
- Luxury Sales & Styling
- Curate and recommend designer fashion, beauty, and skincare selections tailored to client needs.
- Stay informed on current trends, luxury brands, and Ellie Belle’s latest arrivals.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining the boutique’s exclusive image.
- Assist clients with fitting sessions, alterations, and product customizations.
- Boutique Operations & Brand Representation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a polished store presentation.
- Process transactions, orders, and special requests efficiently.
- Participate in VIP shopping events, trunk shows, and brand activations.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
