This position is ideal for a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 1 years of personal injury experience. However, the firm is open to hiring new attorneys who passed the bar.

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Drafting pleadings and correspondence
* Taking and defending depositions
* Working with clients on day-to-day advice and opposing counsel inquiries
* Handling a large caseload
* Drafting discovery
* Document review
* Attending court hearings
* Negotiate settlements for Legal Disputes
* Comply with all legal standards and regulations
* Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
* 2 years Personal Injury Experience
* Knowledgeable in Trial & Litigation Procedurals
* Applicants must be licensed by the California State Bar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail Orientated
* Excellent organizational skills and a desire to learn
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.
Successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, the ability to prioritize, and to work both independently and cooperatively.
Salary is commensurate of Experience.
