Duties

- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Perform quality control checks on assays and other laboratory processes.
- Document results meticulously and assist in data analysis to support clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory techniques and participate in ongoing training.
Skills
