Weekend On-Call Policy
Purpose of the Weekend On-Call Position :
The purpose of the on-call position is to assist the agency with last minute staffing needs. This is accomplished by paying a qualified caregiver to be ready to pick up last minute assignments at any time, for any client scheduled on the weekend. The on-call person may have a company vehicle available depending on driving restrictions and availability of vehicles for shift time. (you will be notified ahead of time if you'll have access to a car - otherwise assume you are using your own vehicle with use of a company gas card)
What does On-Call pay?
- 14.00 - $16 per hour, while you are on a shift work assignment.
- 10.00 per hour, while you are on a 24hour assignment.
- 150.00 stipend hourly rate per hours worked.
14.00 per hour for all travel time to AND from any assignments while on-call.
