We believe a strong, collaborative environment is critical to creating memorable experiences. As a Senior Character Artist, you will collaborate across teams to create compelling characters and bring the team’s vision to life!
Description
- Create and support the development of detailed characters, creatures, and props using 3D sculpting, modeling, and texturing skills
- Develop topology, materials, and apply other real-time techniques to achieve project art direction while also meeting game performance needs
- Translate concept art and designs into 3D assets for use in game and cinematics
- Collaborate with tech art and engineering departments to refine and debug various aspects of the character pipeline such as acquisition, asset creation, final in-game lighting and rendering
Requirements
- Highly proficient in character modeling and texturing in Zbrush, Maya and Substance Painter
- Skilled with real-time character workflows in Unreal Engine 5
- Able to manage multiple, competing tasks and be self-directed in a quickly evolving environment with little direction
Preferred Requirements
- Marvelous designer
- Hair modelling experience

The standard annual base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $100,000 - $160,000 USD. Actual pay will vary depending on experience, qualifications, performance and location. The base salary range for locations outside of the U.S. will be adjusted according to location.
