MARKETING ASSISTANT
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing innovative campaigns and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about marketing. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, managing social media, and assisting with content creation to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
DUTIES
- Assists in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
- Coordinates and schedules content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Supports content creation, including writing copy, designing graphics, and producing videos for marketing campaigns.
- Monitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics, preparing reports and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborates with the sales team to create marketing materials and presentations for retail partners and trade shows.
- Manages and updates the company’s website content, ensuring it remains fresh, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Conducts market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assists with administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, maintaining image files, organizing and planning product photoshoots, and tracking expenses.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Planoly,) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and children’s products.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
