We are a clinical-stage cell therapy company whose mission is to bring innovative regenerative medicine in ophthalmology out of the laboratory and into patient care.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, and talented research associate. In this role, you will work as part of a team conducting cutting-edge translational research in the field of ophthalmology.
You will collect, manage, analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare presentations for internal and external meetings, regulatory filings, and publications under the guidance of Senior Scientists. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. The position will also provide general lab support as needed.
DUTIES INCLUDE :
- Performing experiments in support of research projects. Interpret and perform primary analyses of results.
- Cell culture
- Maintaining detailed records of experiments and outcomes following the company's SOPs.
- Developing new SOPs as needed.
- Contributing to the authorship of company documents as needed, including but not limited to SOPs, regulatory documents, and scientific publications.
- Helping with general lab and equipment maintenance as needed.
- Participating in meetings with stakeholders as needed and presenting scientific results clearly and accurately.
