About the Role:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading recruiting efforts from sourcing to hiring top talent, while also working closely with our customers to anticipate future hiring needs. You'll report directly to the VP of Operations and have the chance to develop and execute sales strategies that fuel the success of both our clients and candidates. With the potential for growth in the company, success in this role depends on your ability to lead, collaborate, and drive results as part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment and sales strategies
- Create and update job descriptions and postings
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Build strong relationships with candidates and customers
- Lead and support sales initiatives to expand market share
- Ensure alignment with Employers Overload’s Core Values in every decision
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting or transferable skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ATS and CMS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Experience in proactive sales is a plus!
- Avionté software experience is a bonus
