The OSC Logistics Coordinator I position is responsible for supporting production operations, focusing on liquids transportation and process improvement efforts to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. This position will ensure that operations are adequately aligned with safe and consistent movements by monitoring the performance and compliance of our transporters. In addition, this position will work closely with our OSC Coordinators, Field Representatives, Analyst and Commercial team to analyze data and identify areas to reduce fees and maximize the bottom line.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist with transporter performance management
· Track and develop metrics and communicate ideas for improvement
· Act as a facilitator between Transporter, OSC and Field Operations
· On-Call rotation of field calls on nights and weekends
· Provide feedback to create efficiency in overall crude oil transportation process
· Review transporter tickets and look for solutions to resolve issues
· Interact with Supervisor to ensure common goals are being met across the company
· Compile invoice data on a monthly basis and track budget
· Seek to optimize transportation economics and market assignments
· Plan and adjust monthly nominations to meet barrel commitments and sales targets
· Monitor quality of sale and look for areas to improve where possible
· Provide training and support as new tools are developed
· Participate in weekly calls and reviews with transporters
· Support and create metrics for KPI's
· Act as a liaison between transporters and market personnel
· Participate in the coordination and completion of sample collection
· Demonstrate general computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications.
· Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Able to work effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
· Able to effectively abide company policies, procedures, and technology.
· Able to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.

· Monitor production of oil, gas and water at production facilities and into and through gathering systems, up to the point of custody transfer.
· Serve as central communication point between marketing, transporters, midstream partners and lease operators relative to overall production status at any given time and especially during upset conditions.
· Perform first report of incident reports when safety or environmental issues occur with our transporters.
· Track down time of wells, gathering facilities, plants, and sales points.
· Development of procedures to guide response to upset conditions including communication protocols and order of operations for shutting in volumes or bringing volumes back online.
· Monitor, track, and respond to alarms received throughout each shift.
· Mentor and train coordinators.
Qualifications
· Knowledge of Production Operations in relation to Liquids Logistics
· Knowledge of surface processing and sales of oil and gas
· Knowledge of transportation equipment used to move oil/water to market/destination.
· Advanced knowledge of how oil, gas and water is remotely tracked and how safety systems on location work.
· Ability to analyze oil and water production real time and clearly and effectively communicate with others about overall status of operations at any given time.
· Demonstrate computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications.
· Able to learn company specific applications.
· Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Able to work effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.

· Advanced knowledge of gathering and transportation systems used to move oil, gas and water to market.
· Advanced knowledge of how oil, gas and water is remotely tracked and how safety systems on location work.
· Advanced understanding of the applications used to collect, store, track and validate produced oil, gas and water.
· Ability to analyze oil, gas and water production real time and clearly and effectively communicate with others about overall status of operations at any given time.
· Ability to work with marketing, vendors, midstream partners and lease operators to resolve upset production conditions.
· Ability to track production volumes from well pad to final sales point and ensure production targets are being met.
· Ability to accurately analyze and track well, plant compression, and sales tap downtime.
· Ability to work closely with a team and perform shift work.
· Ability to create standard operating procedures and communication protocols to guide response to outages and returning the field to normal operation.
· Advanced understanding of the field layout, gathering system pipelines and compression, plant operation, and sales taps.
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D required or Associates Degree in technical field
