Encore Steel, Inc is Hiring a Construction Administrator Near Phoenix, AZ

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE AWESOME!

Encore Steel, Inc. is a structural steel fabricator in Phoenix, and we are currently seeking an experienced construction contract administrator to join our team. We are a family atmosphere and looking for someone who is looking for a great opportunity.

Duties include client contract review, AIA billings, issuing subcontract agreements/purchase orders to subcontractors/vendors, change order processing, subcontractor pay applications, prelien notices and lien waivers, insurance certs for GC's, prequalification packages, close out documents and warranties, as well as backup support for front office personnel (a/p and reception), other duties that become necessary.

Qualifications/Experience:

Three years minimum with current experience in a construction office setting performing the above mentioned duties; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); strong attention to detail, reliable, positive attitude, team player, and seeking growth potential in a growing company. Software requirements include Microsoft Office, excel, and Quickbooks (limited requirements on Quickbooks needed).

We offer medical and dental insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and plenty of incentives.

Office is located in South Phoenix; salary is DOE.
