Senior Analyst (Asset Management) | CRE Private Equity | Chicago
We are working with a global asset manager that is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their fast-paced real estate team, and help oversee a growing portfolio of investment-grade assets located across the US.
Our client is deploying significant capital towards office, industrial, retail, and data centers (all Class A), and looking for an operationally focused candidate who will work very close to the assets, and touch everything from property performance monitoring and budget review, to helping manage build-to-suit development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Operations – analysis of operating performance, lease analysis/negotiation, interface between internal Asset Managers and third-party property management, quarterly review of asset/business plan/budget
- Market Research – identify trends, submarket analytics, market strategy/positioning, data mining sources like CoStar/ARGUS/MRI to support strategic business planning and budget development
- Development/Construction – prepare monthly status-update reports, participate in weekly owner/partner calls, review monthly draw packages, conduct periodic site inspections
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 3 years of asset management experience (commercial - office, retail, industrial), with a large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm
