Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and proven Operations and Maintenance leader to oversee operations and maintenance activities of the assigned assets and safely maximizing asset performance. Reporting to the COO- Americas, this role will oversee and manage all aspects of health, safety and environmental performance plus the strategy to safely maximize asset performance of the assigned asset.

This role will also guide the O&M team members in the field and promote establishing and expanding Enfinity Global’s self perform model in solar and BESS assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be health, safety and environmental champion at all levels in Enfinity Global and when interacting with vendors and partners.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance with laws, regulations and policies at any time for any Enfinity personnel or third party contractors on site.
• Responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of operation and maintenance activities in the field to safely maximize asset performance.
• Manage and supervise site performance, site management, service providers performance and any other third party at the assigned sites.
• Lead the creation and execution of maintenance plans and activities in the field.
• Manage the sourcing, maintenance and assignment of all work tool such as hand tools, IT tools, trucks, PPE, etc.
• Lead its team member recruiting and training to ensure best in class trained workforce.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant degree.
• 10 years of successful U.S. renewable energy industry experience setting up and leading field technician teams.
• Proven track record of creation of and growth of field teams and processes and tools to support self perform model.
• Proven track record of safely achieving and exceeding renewable asset performance expectations.
• Proven track record of entrepreneurship within organizations and developing and leading performance improvement.
• Experience in working in multi cultural international teams.
• Proficient English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
