- Lead the HR department and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and compliance with company procedures
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career growth initiatives
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Lead employee performance reviews, assist in goal setting, and provide coaching to managers on performance management
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate employee records

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in management or leadership roles
