What You’ll Do:
- Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for daily living, transportation, medication, and more
- Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings
- Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders
- Flexibly support service recipients in multiple locations across Ocean County
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Basic computer skills, including documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
