What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Ensite Services?
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct sales including selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating our products. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Ensite's products.
- Create a network of resellers to increase reach.
- Market and on-board solar installers.
- Increase business by generating sales to solar installers.
- Collaborate with leadership and team to plan, execute, and track sales strategies for both new and existing markets.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify customer requirements and preferences to offer a tailored solution to each customer.
- Gather and submit market intelligence to management.
- Maintain accurate and timely records including sales call schedules and expense reports.
Required skills:
- Experience in B2B sales to solar installers is a huge plus.
- Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers and to be sensitive to their needs.
- Customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to drive decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively to build relationships with solar installers in designated territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
