Client in Milford, CT is seeking a SMT Operator on 1st shift
Pay is $18-$20/hour depending on experience
Job Description
- Setting up and operating SMT machines like pick-and-place machines, screen printers, reflow ovens, and solder paste inspection systems according to work orders and specifications.
- Loading and unloading circuit boards onto the machine.
- Programming and adjusting machine parameters to ensure accurate component placement and soldering.
- Monitoring machine performance and identifying potential issues.
