Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement associate development programs that promote growth, skill-building, and career advancement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational objectives and culture.
- Effectively leverage data to formulate insights, make recommendations and measure impact of initiatives on culture and performance to drive continuous improvement; use data and story-telling to enable change.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs across various departments.
- Design and develop learning programs, materials, and resources based on identified needs.
- Develop and launch competency frameworks and career progression plans.
- Develop and enhance the onboarding process to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and administration of performance and talent management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to retain top talent and improve overall employee satisfaction in partnership with HR Business Partners, internal teams and leaders.
- Develop and implement a robust succession planning program to ensure a sustainable leadership pipeline.
- Conduct regular talent reviews to identify high-potential associates and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align succession planning with strategic business goals.
- Lead the design and execution of leadership development and training initiatives to build leadership capacity at all levels.
- Support change management processes, ensuring alignment of talent strategies during periods of organizational change.
- Monitor talent management trends and practices, bringing innovative solutions to the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
