• Nights: 9:00 PM 7:30 AM (4 days per week, rotating weekends)

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing assigned laboratory tests in departments such as Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology. Your work will play a critical role in providing data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex microscopic, immunologic, biologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, and chemical tests.
• Receive specimens and maintain inventory for supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues, documenting corrective actions, and performing repairs when necessary.
• Ensure quality control procedures are properly followed and logged.
• Train new employees and students as needed.
• Participate actively in phlebotomy and specimen accession.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: Open to new graduates with completed hospital clinicals. MLT experience or MT experience is also accepted.
• Licensure: Medical Technologist (MT) registry required. Candidates must have taken or applied for the MT exam to be considered.
• Certifications: ASCP or equivalent preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

• 5 years of experience: $27.42 $31.12 per hour
• 10 years of experience: Up to $36.95 per hour
