The Details:
This position is Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 7:00am - 7:30pm with occasional overtime. The pay rate starts at $18.70 based on experience, plus a 4 hour comp if they work the full weekend without being out or late.

General Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality of material being produced and performing required quality checks of the position.
- Ability to identify pans based on gauge, stamp, shadow line, flush and width.
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the line.
- Must know how to set up and operate raised panel presses including die changes, nitrogen, stamp definition, wonder ware codes, and basic troubleshooting of the press.
- Must be able to identify which line and which die is required for each stamp. Must be able to identify the various stamps offered and which die is required for each stamp.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the required production documents and end of shift paperwork. This includes the IS and IJ transaction reports, and the completed work order report.
- Must be proficient at Navigator.
- Complete and pass all required Navigator training courses.
- Be able to sort the work benches to release the labels in the correct order.
- Accurately record and enter inventory transactions in a timely fashion.
- Understand rollformer tags on racks and ability to count and measure all pans to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to run in priority sequence and manufacture according to the bill of materials. Must follow production run sequence from the work bench or as directed by leadership.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy of parts consumed on the production line such as pans, stiles, bottom rail, bottom rubber.
- Sets the pace of the production line; ensures production line meets production and efficiency goals. Identifies barriers to increase output and communicates barriers to leadership.
- Must have good communication skills in order to coordinate daily activities with various operations in the plant.
- Must possess strong organization skills and be able to multitask.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing/Walking: Job requires standing throughout the entire shift. Short distance walking of 5-15 feet on a periodic basis during the shift, depending upon the position assigned.
- Lifting/ Carrying: Job requires lifting of section pans and stacking of banded door panels to various levels. Maximum required individual lifting limit is forty-five (45 pounds). Must be able safely work with another team member to carry or lift door panels in excess of forty-five pounds. Frequency of lifting and carrying is job task dependent.
- Pushing and Pulling: Pushing of carts is often required. Occasional pulling to steer the cart is required A force of 50lbs is required to move a loaded cart. Pushing forces required in excess of 50 lbs requires two persons.
- Ability to use measuring tools for quality checks and basic adjustments to the equipment.
- Computer skills (Navigator and Excel.)
- Understanding of Inventory Control practices.
- Basic math.
