And, of course, to be themselves. We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician! Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician (Mfg. Tech.) to build, test, troubleshoot, and support Entrust products. This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday through Thursday 2:30 PM-1:00 AM. Responsibilities: Build, test and troubleshoot Entrust products in order to ship highest quality products per customer requirements Complete mechanical and electrical assembly, test and troubleshooting tasks as needed Provide feedback on quality directly to assemblers, leaders and engineering as appropriate. Identify and facilitate process improvements that will reduce cost and improve quality Ensure final products meet order specifications May perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of product and equipment Demonstrate awareness of and comply with all Quality policies while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement Understand and perform processes for manufacturing of product within work areas to achieve the required quality level Ensure quality requirements are all met and ISO 9001 standards are followed, which may include conducting training in the work area Follow safety policies and promote safe work practices Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and compliance towards ISO 14001 Environmental standards. Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Associates degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, automated systems/robotics or related field or equivalent verifiable training (e.g., military training in relevant field) High level of mechanical aptitude Basic computer skills Able to work from and follow work instructions and engineering drawings Able to lift and install mechanical assemblies or materials that may weigh up to 50 pounds Able to stand, walk, and/or climb for extended time periods Able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching for the entire shift Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience assembling and testing electro-mechanical equipment Able to learn new things quickly, work as part of a team, and exhibit a high level of initiative. Ability to recognize what needs to be done and will work with the team and manufacturing leadership to accomplish necessary tasks.
