As the Project Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the interface between Projects and Operations as well as leading the continuous improvement initiatives in the Project Execution team. You will be responsible for project execution processes, and working with the Project Manager, Directors and Engineers on best practices in this area. Working closely with Operations, you will provide valuable input into our systems and process design and the roadmap for future development.
Responsibilities
- Lead Project improvement initiatives by enlisting and influencing cross-functional teams that deliver tangible business results.
- Coordinate project procurement needs within Projects and across the organization. Lead effort to develop critical elements of purchase terms to ensure project and service needs align with Eos obligations and best practices.
- Assist in the development of equipment vendor and contractor strategies.
- Coordinate project logistic needs within Projects and across the organization. Lead effort to develop strategies to ensure project and service needs align with Eos obligations and best practices.
- Develop standard processes, procedures, documentation, and tools to effectively deliver a wide range of project solutions.
- Lead strategy efforts to develop a streamlined process across the organization
- Assist in the preparation of customer materials, along with any required project documentation.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Lead development of Project Risk Management tools to ensure projects meet contractual obligations and maximize Eos return while minimizing execution risk
- Overall focus on improving processes & profitability with a customer focused mindset
- Assists with resource planning, and scheduling.
- Establishes standards for business reviews, documentation, and designs.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years managing technical capital projects worth over $10MM in a supervisor role
