Epec, LLC is a 70 year old company outstanding in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards, cable assemblies and more. We are currently looking for the right person to work in our customer service department. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday working in our New Bedford MA office.
General Summary:
This position forms a critical part of the Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the individual will be positioned in a team environment, working closely with several stakeholders within the business and driving the overall Company Business Strategy. Our ideal candidate must be ready for a fast-paced, multi-faceted position with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and ERP knowledge is essential, and equally excellent communication skills are required. The (CSR) will help support our Business Development Sales Manager’s (BDSM) with B2B sales to maximize revenue growth. and position the company as a strategic supplier with a growing customer base. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, helpful & friendly, with a passion for connecting with people and a thoughtful, positive attitude, making our customers feel they always come first.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a Liaison between Sales Representatives and/or customers with cross-functionality to perform and execute customer service responsibilities efficiently, effectively, and with friendly, helpful service.
- Develop internal and external relationships to a high level of satisfaction, ensuring all who cross paths are part of the “One Team, One Fight” family.
- Processes sales order allocations and ensures timely delivery of order acknowledgment, tracking, and invoicing the customer within CRM and ERP systems.
- Reviewing and updating sales orders entered against customer purchase orders and change requests received to ensure accuracy.
- Creating new customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date information.
- Documents maintains and shares customer feedback to continuously improve customer service and evolve the customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service through professional communication to external customers and all colleagues within the business.
- Participates in team meetings to understand and support sales strategy and overall objectives.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Maintaining strong analytical skills and business acumen combined with a strong degree of creative flair and passion is required.
- Flexibility and multi-tasking, ability to undertake several tasks simultaneously and manage them effectively.
- Communication skills: confident and effective in explaining concepts and situations to co-workers, business partners, and customers of differing languages and cultures.
- Both written and oral communication skills.
- Problem solving is the ability to identify root causes and realize and implement solutions.
- Performs successfully under light supervision.
- Builds strong and successful relationships, effectively supporting and influencing colleagues, partners, suppliers, customers, and global team members.
