What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape position at Epic Lawn Care?
We are currently accepting applications for individuals to join our "Epic Team". We are seeking someone who is talented, hard-working and committed. Individually or as part of a crew, our lawn maintenance technicians provide full service grounds maintenance for both residential and commercial clients including, but not limited to, one or more of the following: operating a variety of tools/equipment required by specific jobs(aerate/dethatch/spreader), seasonal property clean up/trimming, mowing/edging, holiday décor, and snow removal.
The essential functions for this position are as follows:
- Help maintain equipment.
- Professionalism with interactions to prospects and clients.
- Maintain client relations through excellent communication skills.
- Properly fill out daily routes/paper work.
- Work amicably with the Epic Team.
- Meet and exceed production and improve everyday.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Previous lawn care experience (preferred)
- Able to work as part of a crew as well as individually when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a great work ethic to improve everyday.
- An athletic mind to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
