Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a Kitchen Accounting Analyst in Ruther Glen, VA!
Kitchen Accounting Analyst : Supports the accounting department by ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and invoice processing in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include analyzing production costs, reconciling payments, and monitoring accounts while collaborating with internal teams to standardize reporting and align procedures with company policies. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting systems, and the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential for success in this role.
Salary : $20 - $22 / HR
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform costing analysis for daily production and complete month-end reports in SAP.
- Manage 3-way matching verification for invoice payments and review / process invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile payments, analyze accounts, & monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Maintain vendor files, resolve invoice discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
- Standardize operational reports to align with SOPs and support DC operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accounting procedures align with company standards.
