We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well-being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long-term sobriety.
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for carrying out a seamless admissions process as structured in our admissions procedures. This position will demonstrate the skills and abilities to ensure great communication between departments involved in the admission process. This role works closely with the Outreach department to build an organization that supports its brand image and organization mission.
What will your day look like? You will :
Answering admission calls or emails for all digital campaigns and from referring facilities
Assisting with patient queries and admissions procedures.
Updating, organizing, and inputting information to databases.
Verifying insurance benefits
Completing Phone assessments for the patient approval process
Coordinating transportation and any other Admissions needs for intake
Data Entry for EMR, CRM, and all analytic tracking sheets
Medical Records requests
Referral facilitation
On-Call and After hours availability as needed
What you will need for this position :
High school Diploma required
Previous treatment or mental health treatment is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of 12 Steps Program, AA or NA preferred.
