- Technical Architecture & Platform Management:
- Develop and maintain SAP technical architecture aligned with business needs.
- Design scalable and secure SAP integration solutions.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and SAP landscape management (production, development, test).
- Plan and execute FPS/SPS in line with S/4 HANA releases.
- Implement system archiving and ensure minimal downtime during changes.
- Integration Management:
- Lead SAP integration projects (middleware, APIs).
- Ensure SAP module (FI, CO, MM, SD) integration with third-party systems and cloud services.
- Ensure data integrity and security across systems.
- Development Management:
- Guide SAP Basis admins and development teams (ABAP, Fiori/UI5).
- Manage development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, deployment).
- Implement enhancements, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Project Leadership:
- Serve as technical lead for SAP projects.
- Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure on-time, quality delivery within budget.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance.
- Implement best practices for system load balancing, database tuning, and network optimization.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure SAP systems comply with security policies and industry regulations.
- Implement user access controls, encryption, and data protection measures.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as primary technical contact for integration and development.
- Provide regular updates on project status and recommend corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on SAP technologies and trends.
- Lead cloud migration, S/4 HANA adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in SAP technical architecture, BASIS, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and integration (PI/PO, CPI).
- Proven experience in SAP integration projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, SAP Cloud Platform), SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP BTP.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certifications are a plus.
