What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cath Lab RN position at Equiliem?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a specialized role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in either cath lab or critical care environments and will be adept at managing high-risk procedures and patient care.
Top Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year experience in cath lab or critical care.
- Proficiency in high-risk PCI, including rotational and laser atherectomy.
- Experience with mechanical ventilation management and conscious sedation.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- Ability to monitor procedures, vitals, hemodynamics, telemetry, moderate sedation, IABP, post-procedure management, and cath lab activities (including circulating and sheath removal).
- Experience with Structural Heart procedures, including documenting during procedures and collaborating with surgeons.
- IV Impella experience is preferred.

- Work Schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s (please specify in your application)
- Patient Ratio: Cath lab 3:1, Holding area 3:1 (subject to change based on acuity)
- On-Call Schedule: Every 3-4 weeks, Friday 9 PM to Monday 6 AM; one weekday evening every 2-3 weeks
