What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Erbert & Gerberts?
We are seeking motivated individuals looking for a unique opportunity to grow with us professionally and financially. We are looking to build a total of 12 new locations over the next 3 years with locations in the Twin Cities and Rochester. We are determined to promote General Managers as well as District Managers from within. In addition to upper management positions within the stores, we will also have positions available within our corporate parent company Erbert & Gerbert's Franchise Systems (EGFS). Lastly and most importantly, we will be looking to reward successful GM's by giving them the opportunity to own their own E&G that would be financed through EGFS. We are a fast growing company looking for the right people that want to better lives alongside likeminded people.
- Must have leadership ability, especially through leadership by example
- Must have integrity and ability to challenge yourself to higher standards
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment
- Must have flexible availability to work nights & weekends through training and as a shift manage
- Managerial tasks include cash handling, delegating tasks, opening the store, closing the store, bread baking, meat slicing, soup prepping and working with team and leading by example
- Schedue will be predominantly nights and weekends
- Progress bonuses of $500 awared upon completion of training

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
