Erie Family Health Centers, a nationally recognized top workplace with 13 sites in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Patient Access Operations team! The Clinical Staffing Analyst is responsible for creating Erie’s provider schedules and ensuring provider hours worked have been met monthly. This role closely monitors provider capacity and time-off requests to ensure there is enough patient access to meet patient demand for over 366,000 visits annually. This role creates monthly provider hours reports for continuous improvement of workforce planning. The Clinical Staffing Analyst understands the inpatient and outpatient provider expectations, room capacity analysis, and is knowledgeable in workforce management.

Compensation is based on each candidate’s experience, skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills, experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Creating and managing 175 provider and resident schedules in the Epic EHR while ensuring monthly hours are met

Monitoring provider capacity, time-off requests, and room availability to meet patient demand.

Generating monthly reports to enhance workforce planning and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborating with Site Management Teams (across 14 locations in Chicago, Evanston/Skokie, and Waukegan) and the Director of Patient Access Operations to identify trends and capacity solutions.

High School Diploma
Skills and Knowledge
Required:

Three (3) years of administrative healthcare experience
Preferred:
-
Two (2) years of administrative healthcare experience in staff schedules and capacity planning or similar work experience is preferred

One (1) year experience with Epic system
