Erwin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Bookkeeper in the Tampa Bay Area.
Employment Details:
- Duration: Temporary assignment anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months long
- Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
- Shift: 40-hour workweek
- Location: On-site at our Tampa office
- Process vendor invoices and payments; reconcile accounts.
- Generate and track client invoices; follow up on payments & billing.
- Enter financial data accurately; maintain organized records.
- Assist the finance team with various tasks and projects.
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in bookkeeping, particularly with accounts payable and billing.
- Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks Desktop is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
